Rush Locates was out doing some of our private utility locator services in Cannon Beach, attempts to photograph the ocean failed largely due to fog, mist, clouds, and rain.

The Ocean Does exist, this is proof form between the clouds.

Here is the view for most of the time we were underground locating for a cell phone tower outside of Cannon Beach, OR.
